Manage access data in SiteCockpit

Whether you want to change your password, adjust your email address or create an additional user: In this article, you will learn how to manage your access data in SiteCockpit and what you need to bear in mind when setting up team access.

Change email or password

To change your access data, log in to SiteCockpit and click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner. Select the menu item "Profile" or "Settings". Here you can change your e-mail address or set a new password.

Tip: Choose a secure password with at least 12 characters, upper and lower case letters and special characters. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the change.

Forgotten password - what to do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login page. To do this, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the e-mail address of your account.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to change your password. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Manage team accesses

If several people in your company work with SiteCockpit, you can create additional users. To do this, navigate to "User management" or "Team" in the dashboard. There you can create new accounts and assign rights.

This ensures that each person only sees the functions that are relevant to them - e.g. access to configuration, barrier analysis or widget management only.
